TERMS OF SERVICE FOR SKOOLDUO APP

SkoolDuo provides digital tools for school management, learning support, and communication among parents, teachers, students, and administrators.

Users must:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Use the platform responsibly and in compliance with school and national regulations.
• Refrain from sharing offensive, harmful, or illegal content.

Parents and schools are responsible for managing student access.

Users must keep their login credentials confidential.

Zettaworks Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

All app content, design, and software remain the property of Zettaworks Technologies. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for educational purposes only.

By using SkoolDuo, you grant permission to your school and Zettaworks Technologies to:

• Display student photos, videos, and activity updates within the app galleries, school social feeds, and newsletters.
• Use such content for internal communication or school community sharing.

Public or promotional use (e.g., marketing materials) will require separate written consent from parents or guardians.

You may withdraw consent anytime by contacting your school or emailing [email protected]. Upon withdrawal, future use of your child's media will be discontinued.

SkoolDuo offers both free and paid access tiers.

Paid plans operate on a termly billing cycle (every school term).

Schools or parents may choose to subscribe directly.

Prices and available features will be displayed in-app before payment.

A two-week free trial is available for new subscribers. During this period, users may explore all premium features before making a payment decision.

All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

Zettaworks Technologies does not store or directly handle users' card information.

Users are eligible for a refund within seven (7) days of payment if they are unsatisfied with the service, provided that:

• The refund request is made in writing to [email protected]; and
• The account has not been used in violation of these terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Users may cancel at any time in the app or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid term.

All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Zettaworks Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Errors, interruptions, or data loss resulting from user misuse or third-party actions.
• Decisions made based on app content or communication between users.

Use of SkoolDuo is at your own risk and provided "as is."

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through the app or our official website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or, if unresolved, by competent courts in Nigeria.
